Then the work-study programme at the University of Applied Labour Studies (HdBA) with a guaranteed job offer is just the thing for you!
The HdBA offers two dual Bachelor’s degree programmes focusing on economics, law and social sciences. Both programmes can be studied at either of the campuses in Mannheim and Schwerin. The dual study programme is designed primarily to train you for roles at the Federal Employment Agency, but you can also apply your knowledge elsewhere, for example in public administration or at recruitment agencies.
Students currently receive a monthly stipend of €1,895.00 during their studies. From 1 May 2026, the monthly stipend will be €1,925.00.
