The HdBA provides internships for your degree programme (§ 22 Abs. 1 S. 2 Nr. 1 MiLoG)

in the fields of Psychology and Counselling
in the fields of Sociology and Counselling
in the fields of Education and Counselling

The University of Applied Labour Studies is a state-recognised college for Labour Market Management with campuses in Mannheim and Schwerin.
Its priority as a university is to meet the demands of the BA
for labour-market policy specialist tasks.

As a trainee of the university, you will actively learn about teaching and research in Psychology, Sociology or Education, and Counselling, e.g. through literary research, adapting presentations and teaching material, working on empirical studies etc.
Alongside teaching and research, there is also the chance to look into counselling sessions with clients, seminars and training courses.

Here you will learn tasks such as the reworking/further development of seminar and training concepts, how to contribute to training, the transcription of counselling series based on video material, how to draw up protocols from counselling sessions etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• The basis of academic work
• Conceptual abilities
• Experience with research and the acquistion of literature gained in your degree programme
• Very good written skills and articulation in the German language
• Good knowledge of Microsoftproducts
• The ability to work alone
• Committment

PAYMENT

We offer you an allowance of 500 Euros.
