Aims and Context

The project Keyway aims to develop a system of indicators to support career counsellors, enabling them to record and evaluate what they offer and the effect their services have.

The project aims to achieve a systematic and practical collection of evidence indicators for this purpose. These are intended to help providers evaluate counselling services. Measuring the effects of counselling should make it possible to improve the quality of counselling services and to provide tips for decision-makers and advisory policy.

Keyway offers:

  • A mapping of the relevant indicators which can be included in the recording and evaluation of counselling services.
  • A system of Key-Performance- and Impact Indicators (KPIs).
  • Methodical guidelines on the implementation of KPIs within counselling services.
