Aims and Context
The social and economic relevance of people over the age of 55 is growing steadily in Germany. But how can their role in working life and in society be best supported? What specific aspects have to be considered when advising people over 55 , what needs and skills do they have to offer?
The project INBeratung searches for answers to these questions and develops the appropriate innovative, holistic counselling concepts. The concepts are both piloted and evaluated closely with selected practice partners from the Rhine-Neckar metropolis area , to ensure the validity and effectiveness of new types of provisions. The research project is led by the HdBA.
