DigiLAB

DigiLAB aims to take the specific needs of users in the development of digital services for employees and clients at the BA into consideration.
We would like to involve users in finding ideas, development and testing of selected projects and products.
The projects are able to obtain the perspectives of the target group and optimise their products and services for the users themselves.

In the DigiLAB Board it is decided which projects and products should be transferred to a campaign. Goal setting and research questions are defined so that DigiLAB is designed to fit perfectly.

With the DigiLAB, project leads for IT projects at the BA are able to involve users in the early stages of BA development processes by using explorative research methods.

DigiLAB can be found at six locations in Germany with greatly varying requirements:

• HdBA Schwerin
• Arbeitsagentur Frankfurt
• HdBA Mannheim
• TH Nürnberg (Technical University)
• Arbeitsagentur Donauwörth

Through the different cooperations, DigiLAB offers simple access to almost all important target groups at the BA.
It is therefore possible for your key target groups to be involved in the development of digital services for a variety of projects and initiatives.
