Project Description
The research project investigates how AG-S networking has to be strategically organised to be able to provide employers with counselling which corresponds to the demands of the current and future market. Alongside the analysis of its current status, networking partners as well as internal and external experts are to help develop a range of innovative approaches to networking.
The research project is concerned with the following questions:
- What importance is attached to AG-S networking?
- What potential does networking have from an AG-S perspective?
- What is the current status of AG-S networking?
- How should the future of networking be structured in terms of content and organisation?
The first step involves establishing best practice examples of networking and cooperations. Then, two qualitative interview studies with leaders and networking partners of the AG-S are planned. Focus groups with internal and external networking experts then round off the project.
Findings from the project should contribute to
- clarity in the relevance of networking for all working in the field of employer counselling at the BA,
- fundamental consideration of those responsible in terms of design and structure of collaboration with partners (partners, roles, resources, synergies, organisational requirements in AG-S),
- those responsible making fundamental considerations as to further questions such as the thematic focus of the BA's employer counselling, the role of the counsellor, the organisation of the counselling process and the methods used,
- a tool being provided to colleagues from AG-S to enable them to evaluate the current status and potential of networking in their AG-S,
- ideas for the colleagues as to how they can structure networking as well as input on organisational requirements which have to be fulfilled.
