Part-time Master degree programme in Labour Market-Oriented Counselling M.A.
The Master degree programme Labour Market-Oriented Counselling (M.A.) is the BA's personnel development programme and is offered on a part-time basis to BA employees with a professionally qualifying university degree and at least two years of professional experience at the employment agency. Older employees who are already at an advanced stage in their professional career can also benefit from the Master programme. Master students are prepared for a specialist or management career and gain a further academic qualification.

Contact Study
The contact study programme pursues the goal of academic indepth study and supplementing practical professional experience, the promotion of personal and social skills and social commitment. As a result, the University of Labour Applied Studies's contact study programmes are aimed at BA employees who wish to expand their knowledge in selected subject areas.
Graduates of contact study programmes are able to apply the skills developed during their studies with the help of academic concepts by linking knowledge both across disciplines and in a practice-oriented manner. In addition, they are able to apply the skills acquired during their studies in practical professional contexts.
