The HdBA disabled employee representative
Tasks
The disabled persons representative facilitates, amongst other things, the integration of disabled persons into university life as per § 95 SGB IX, stands for their interests at the university and is there to assist and advise.
The disabled persons representative acts on behalf of all disabled persons at the university.
Information for Students
The disabled persons representatives at the HdBA is also there to address students' questions and is responsible for their affairs during the delegation period.
They are therefore involved, for example, when decisions are made in terms of compensation for disabled persons who have been at a disadvantage or to answer questions about matters concerning university operations when it comes to the disabled.
In addition, Student Services at the university also advise students on these matters as well as others.
